So, what's the document drying process?

• Inventory

When we get to your commercial property, we will take inventory of all items, including the important documents that need drying. 

• Drying

The documents will be freeze-dried (in short terms) and vacuum-sealed to achieve sublimation.

• Decontamination

The documents will go through a process called Gamma Irradiation. Meaning: the documents (or other items) will be decontaminated using gamma rays. The gamma rays break down any molecules that are causing contamination. Especially in a category 3 situation (aka sewage), the documents (and other items) need to be decontaminated. 

• Cleaning

Depending on the level of soil, we will take the proper steps to wipe, dust, remove soot or other contaminants from your belongings. 

• Deodorizing

Documents that have been in a fire or water damage situation will have some sort of odor, one that you won't want to smell. All your important documents will be deodorized before heading back to you!
