This conference, hosted by Healing Arts LLC & DiscoverYou Events LLC, will be taking place November 2nd and 3rd. Mental health and peace are two very important things and are synonymous with each other. It's a great opportunity to unplug from your phones and technology and just be one with nature. Often times we as a community are so fast-paced and stressed that we forget about what really is important - our mental health.
