Rhode Island Customer Service Focus Helps SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island Drive Satisfaction

The SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island's desire to help people in their time of need that is the focus. Training in the technical aspects of dealing with the storm, fire and water damage but also to be understanding of what the customer is going thru is the drive we seek every day.

Good customer service is explaining what needs to be done and why then show the customer the "why".
