Rain Storm Floods Lincoln Kitchen

SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island responded to a home in Lincoln, RI that had experienced a major flood in their home's downstairs. As you can see in the photo, the water had spread throughout the entire kitchen floor, prompting immediate remediation. Since the tile has been in the home for quite some time, minor and major cracking allowed water to pass through the tiling, soaking and ruining the floor underneath. The after picture was taken one day after the incident. The entire tile had to be removed to ensure that there was no major damage. Our customer was expecting a longer process and was thrilled with the results.
