Winter Storm Creates Ice Dam

A Cumberland, Rhode Island home was plagued with the misfortune of having an ice dam form in their ceiling above their living room area. The before picture shows the damage before our crews were able to remediate and resolve the issue. Upon arriving, our crews were equipped with the necessary material(s) to remove the water damage and dry the infected areas. The after photo on the right was taken the same day our crews arrived. As you can tell, everything was performed at a calculated measure to ensure that each and everything damaged piece was removed. Plastic sheeting was placed around the area to ensure that any and all insulation that fell, did not come in contact with any of the occupants. Our customer was thrilled with the results.
